ANC Tours provides two types of services for individuals who are mobility challenged. For those individuals who are able to transfer from their wheelchair and can climb two or three steps, we provide our on-demand service. Vehicles used on all ANC Tours are equipped with priority seating and wheel chair storage.
For those individuals who require a chair lift, we provide our on-call service. Individuals should either make their request for a lift-equipped vehicle with an ANC Tours employee located at Customer Service desk at Arlington National Cemetery in the visitor center or on-board any of our vehicles at an ANC Tours stop. Your request will be processed and a lift-equipped vehicle will be dispatched to your location. You may get off at the stops of your choice and then arrange a reboarding time with your driver.
